The customer as part of the BE story

Our customers are an important part of the BE story and family. That’s why we go to extremes to provide support for our community of AudioVAULT and transmitter customers, both through an online AudioVAULT user’s group and through the

AudioVAULT University and RF Academy of training held regularly at our plant in Quincy.

It’s no surprise, either, that BE has the industry’s most comprehensive Customer Care Plan with ultra-fast repair response times and exceptional warranty protection.

BE’s sales team and international network of local representatives are among the most knowledgeable in the broadcast industry to guide BE customers through any technology transition, whether it’s studio or RF related.
